On a recent vacation in France I visited local marinas when staying in various towns. I discovered some very interesting boats like the s/v Santana in Antibes and a host of famous and historic designs in the Marseilles port. In the past few years it's become a regular ritual for me during the long summer school vacation, to sail to the neighboring paradises of Turkey and Greece with my 2 kids and one, or more, of my partners on our Bavaria 44'.
