A New Year for Sailing Israel

Wishing all our readers a happy and healthy new year along with wishes for fair winds and fine passages.

2019 was our first year and a successful one at that. I'm very pleased at the interest we got in our charters in Herzliya. We welcomed aboard many fantastic sailors from all over the globe: USA, South Africa, Germany, Belgium, Canada, etc. of the sailors contacted me at the last minute while visiting the marina. Sometimes we could accommodate them sometimes not unfortunately. The October wine tasting sail was especially successful and we hope to continue with these in the coming year. Thanks to Roni Saslove for joining with me to design and host the program.

In 2020 we will be introducing our sailing instruction program using the ASA coursework. There has been a very impressive initial interest in it and we will be starting our first classes as soon as the weather gods allow it. Watch for an announcement on our new sailing charter program in cooperation with a major international tourism company.

Hoping to sail with you in the coming year, and many thanks for your support over the past year.
